The body prefers rhythm
Many people reach for fibre only when digestion has already gone wrong. That turns fibre into emergency correction. Daily fibre works better as routine.
When fibre is part of normal meals, the digestive system receives steadier support. The colon gets regular material. Microbes get a more consistent food supply. Stool formation becomes less random. Appetite signals may become easier to understand because meals carry more structure. This does not mean every person should suddenly jump to a high-fibre diet. Build slowly. Add one fibre-rich element at a time. Fibre should become a habit the body accepts, not a challenge the body resists.
