Fast intake can feel incomplete

Many liquids are easy to consume quickly. They need little chewing, offer limited texture, and may not create the same fullness experience as a structured meal. This is one reason sweet drinks can add energy without feeling like much food.

Fibre can help change that experience when the format allows it. A protein shake, meal replacement, soup, or smoothie may benefit from controlled viscosity and body. A hydration stick or clear beverage may not. The application decides whether thickness is useful or annoying. Good fibre design starts with that question: should this product stay light, or should it feel more complete?
