Useful fibre has to be repeatable

Most people do not need another dramatic fibre slogan. They need fibre that fits real meals and real products. A routine fails if the drink clumps, the roti feels wrong, the shake becomes too thick, or the food tastes medicinal.

That makes fibre a design problem. In a home diet, the design might be dal, vegetables, fruit, grains, seeds, and water appearing consistently. In manufacturing, the design might be particle size, hydration rate, viscosity, flavour, documentation, and pack format. The common thread is usability. Fibre only matters in practice when people can prepare it, tolerate it, enjoy it, and repeat it without turning every meal into a project.
