A useful caution for labels
Fibre can change the physical environment of digestion, but it does not cancel sugar. A sweet drink with added fibre is still a sweet drink. A dessert with fibre is still a dessert. The whole formulation matters.
This distinction protects both consumers and brands. It is more credible to say that fibre can support better food structure, viscosity, or absorption context than to suggest it neutralises sugar. Dose, fibre type, matrix, serving size, and eating pattern all matter. For Fybrance, this is the line to hold: explain the mechanism, avoid the miracle, and keep glucose claims inside regulatory and scientific boundaries.
